We need a 10th!

Looks like we might have to recruit one player.

We need a regular for Tues and Thur raid. What class do you all think would be best?

Well here is a list of what we do have right it from what it looks like

Bey - Warrior tank/dps
Monty - Pally tank/dps
Rose - Heals
Rado - Heals/shit ret
Ass - Heals/Feral Kitty
Lucy - Arcane mage
Monjo - boomkin/tank
Fang - Fire mage
Elf - Frost dk

I don't really know much about what else is needed. To me personally? Maybe a warlock, or a shadow priest of something. But I wouldn't wanna stack cloth roles where no body is gearing fast.

He dropped his boomkin spec and went feral either yesterday or the day before. xD

we need another mele bad... and having an off spec tank for a third wouldnt hurt at all... maybe even a brewmaster/wind-whatever.. lol

Currently:

Manty and Bey our tanks
Me and Rado main healers with ass as the 3rd offspec healer
fang, lucy, monj and elf our dps

Bey's dps is ungodly. So he can go dps if Monj tanks sometimes. Elf also has an offspec tank.

We need to find our 10th this week though. I combed through our guild last night and preferably, I would like Stone to dps with his shaman, but he's just not on often enough.
We need to make finding our 10th priority this week or we're going to fall behind.

So then what are you guys thinking about for a tenth? I can start spamming and try and recruit.

Frew just told me that he wants to be the 10th.

He's almost halfway to 90 and still needs geared, but he got his brew trinket the first time he que-ed.
He's tank/off spec dps monk.

For this week, we can just pug again...but the way he plays...he will be geared and ready to go by next week.

Frew would be a dope add to our roster. evens out the gear rolls and there will be some bosses where brewmasters and pallies are just THE BEST for tanking. and when we get that pesky agil leather it wont go to waist. So on to my next point. its week three and we dont have a boss down-.- i almost brought it up lastnight but. i would have stalled raid for another week if only we were running 5 mans for that time. so thursday if we feel we arent geared unuf im going to stop raid and we are going to spam heroics to get us all at max 463.. I also want to look into tasking out rolls in raid. like " who calls out when ability A is casting" and "who calls out when ability B is on said raider" with Monj dps'ing he doesnt have the rotation down yet to make them calls and still be effective. he was pulling a lil Firelands bey last night and healing when it wasnt his job LOL.

Yea, it just sucks when one of our regular raiders doesn't show this early in the game.

We don't have a 3rd heal really. The real reason for a 3rd healer is to learn the fights. Once we know the fights, we can 2 heal everything.

Learning the fights with 2 healers is going to force the dps to learn the fights FAST and stay out of shit. Rado and I were oom in a ridiculously short amount of time.

And yes, Monj shouldn't be trying to heal as he doesn't even have a heal off spec lol

and thats been our thing.. trying to find ways around personal fuck ups instead of doing things right. TANKS should be taking 80% of all dmg in a raid fight NOT dps or HEALERS(rado)

Yeah, I know. I keep getting hit by those ice things. And I do believe that a third healer is essential until we have the fight learned and maybe a little more gear.
