My question is...should I stay shadow so that Rado can one heal Ultrax? Or should I go back to Holy or Smite for the rest of the fights?

For example...not having my Holy spec has made some of the other bosses ass. Healing spine in Disc is dumb.

I think that you could probably spec into holy. Because we can obviously 2 heal the fight and still have the dps numbers kill him.

Make a shadow set, but use healing specs as you need rose. We wont actually "need" you as shadow until rado is better geared, the 1heal part takes an ilvl of at least 403.

Don't forget that smite healing does NOT rely on shields as much, it's a DPS healing spec, Idea is to conserve mana while keeping 5 stacks of Archangel, it's mana hungry, but with smite you shouldn't need more than 3 minutes to run out of mana, using shadow fiend on CD and eating my innervates.

ya thats my bad again.. i thought it was BoE. think i might be getting it confused cuz i really wanted it hahahaha just by chance i get the Madness dagger. witch i know will be an off-spec once i get the Lstaff. in two weeks. if the rest of the fucking raid group helps us do heroics instaed of just logging on for an hour and a half twice a week..... but thats another topic ; /

Yeah. That dagger is so rare though, at least I am next on the list for it. Plus I need the maw for healing, and I think I am next for that too, lol.

I just stack int gems unless the bonus is worth it and then I put reckless orange gems. For enchants it is basically just haste stacking unless I can do int. then power torrent and they say lava walker but I don't see the point. I would rather be a little slower and have the haste.

Just to clarify:

Official Loot Counsel will be Fang, Monj and Manty.

Things won't be that different than they are now. The main difference will be that if someone has a dispute about distribution, they will discuss it after the raid with the Loot Counsel. I will be relying mainly on Fang to look at these lists and know who needs what pieces and what benefits the most.

Remember loot isn't always just gear. If you have a problem with any type of loot or loot concerns, discuss it with Fang and he can call a meeting with the other 2 on the counsel and get it figured out either before or after the raid, not during.

Dont forget that in some of our raids, we burn more time than the limit on trading an item. I vote that we have a short segment in between the first and second half of things, or after ultrax at least.

things might be a lil diff for when we are progressing on content, but i want to try and just kill bosses and move on then we will tell the persons in tells to roll or whatever. and maybe it will force some of us to actually use loggs or wowheroes and be involved in what the raid is up to and so on.Like all these posts we have on here. i doubt Stone or Elf have ever read these:( and where is MONJ at?? huh?? Rose i say you stop filling him in haha . im afraid of this getting out of hand beacuse we really only have the feed back of Rose Ash Rado and myself ..? WTF? after awhile i wonder who is really into what we are trying to do..

loot council seems to be the best way to handle things, at least from an outsider's point of view. as rose said, it's there if there's a dispute. one of those things that'll be THERE, but hopefully won't have to be used more than rarely and hopefully never at all. everyone needs to remember that these are the folks to talk to for loot problems. understood that with that delicious heroic gear every one has more skin in the game as it were, you guys are running heroics consistently enough that whatever loot you lost will probably drop again.

Maybe we should have someone not in raid be loot master I say Tushy for Loot King..
