Raider meeting?

I think it may be a good idea to have a raider meeting and talk about our numbers, optimizing people specs, and gearing up for raids. Most people it seems are not speced properly, gemed, or enchanted.

I know a bunch of you are missing Enchants can I please get a list of what you need to complete your enchants. I have plenty of mats for everyone. Also, I just recently got the tailoring patterns from Golden Lotus and have 11 Imperial Silk at this time. So If you need your epic robes or hands and are a clothy tell me. Also, the better spellthread pattern I have also attained so if you need spell thread list it here too and I will try my best to get everything to you in a timely manner.

Raid meeting wont help with people putting time into the game-.- and as far as class info goes.. everyone who isnt seeing what they want needs to go on the web and find a guide. once you know what to gem and chants and forge it comes back to time in game. everyones class has changed and its going to take time to get used to it again. im still not pulling what i want to pull. and we have three classes who blow mages out of the water atm.. Boomkins have us by 7-9k dps DKs have us by at least 8k dps. i might roll my hunter cuz they are top dps -.- but gear is a good point Lucy.. we both have the means but its only for us and Rose ( Im making her a chest i would like you to make the hands for her Lucy ) Monty is Bs he can help Rado and elf Ass is LW he needs to hel the rest.. but everyone by now should have all their gear from Heroic 5 mans-.- its week 4 guys and no boss down even the shitty guilds on our server have passed us.. we worked so hard to get top 15 and its slowly leaving us... i dont want to be the kinda ok guild!!! WE ARE FUCKING INGDV DAMN IT.. WE MAKE THE FUCKING SERVER LEET!!!!

Yeah, I guess that is true. I just think we should be getting shit down. I don't see this as super hard. We can do it, we just aren't pulling the numbers.

I can do LFR now finally. Who wants to run the shit out of it with me?
