Proper Raid - We need it.

Our raid team is VERY random... We have so many conflicts with things that it is utterly painful.

Main Raiders -
Luci - Mage
Fang - Mage
Ashken - Boomkin/Resto
Monjo - Boomkin
Rose - Priestly heals
Monty - Tankadin
Rado - Healadin
Elf - DK deeps
Bey - Wartank
And this is it. These are the only people that qualify for raid right now. This leaves 2 spots completely open. We need Kip to hurry and gear, but he is getting close so that is good, and we need a healer. A shaman healer. Honestly we need a hunter or DPS shaman in place of something, but since when were we a balanced raid? haha.

THIS is going to be a conflict...

Haste/crit Int rings are shared with EVERYONE almost. And on top of that, we have 1 spot to fill, and it needs to be a healer so I can DPS, since our DPS is almost 40% lower than required. THOUGH We may be able to 2 heal now with rose geared up like she is. I have all of my gear reforged to Boomkin style, just like I did in Cata, and will heal IF NEEDED but will roll DPS as MS.

Currently I am at 468 Ilvl and pulling about 70k DPS on a fight where I can move as little as possible, and I still have mostly resto pieces that are just reforged. Mages should be at the same DPS at a lower Ilvl, and honestly mine is a good bit higher than average for a boomkin, since boomkin are at the bottom of the ladder for DPS this tier.

When we get our 2/4 set bonuses, all of our priorites change up a bit. I know for Boomkin, we need less haste for soft cap, but almost 10% more for second extra DoT tick. Anywho....

Get ready for raid. Be AT LEAST 460, or don't ask for an invite. We can't waste time carrying people if we want to move up the ranks, and there are already a couple guilds that are cleared on heroics.
