Addressing our raid issues...

Eh, that's why I plan to gear the mage to a point that it is at LEAST within 5 item levels. I doubt I will ever have comparable DPS to my boomy, the fact that it is doing what it's doing doesn't even make sense according to the general populous, but then again, I am doing the opposite of what guides say to do. They all say to stack crit, and just get haste to 13%, I have 21% haste....

The heroics will be a ways off, I have a spot if I want it, but I am not going to ditch our team just to progress, I am here for fun, not to be a hardcore raider. At the point where our guild becomes hardcore, i'll move on again.

And clearing heroics isn't hardcore, it's all about the rolling system, raid management, and other things. Things that our team would never go along with, because it doesn't make friends, it makes people angry.

Also - It is very possible that as we progress past MSV, we can have an alt group form up on another raid night, when our gear level averages above 480- we should be moving into HoF regs and so on, not sticking to one raid.

Well at any rate...the main factor here is that we are having trouble getting a regular, solid team for both nights.

That is the main agenda for tomorrows meeting. We can discuss and get past any other issues as well...but we don't want to take a ton of time discussing drama or personal complaints in vent. I really want to get past that and do something productive.

Maybe it is just me, but why can't we just get past this drama shit? It is stupid. Lets just focus on getting a solid ten man so we can progress. That really should be all that is brought up. Drop the drama, it is done. It should have been done weeks ago.

I have no gear drama with anyone in this guild at the moment. To clarify, I was annoyed at you when you went on that other heroic run on Tuesday during our raid time. As a raider, one of my fundamental rules is that if you have a main spot for a raid team with a certain character that you are playing you should think of that character as already saved to that team. It just annoyed me that you when and raided with another team on our raid night when you could have been raiding with us (and drastically helping the progression). I understand the temptation of running with another team (that might have more progression under their belts) as our progression is not ideal at the moment with everyone switching out characters and people taking breaks from raiding but we must move forward and losing a main raider for a night (when he is available and online) is something that troubles me deeply.

We owned last night! Everyone did awesome, did their jobs and having Bey as Pally tank made a HUGE difference.

I am also loving mastery stacking for disc. Don't know how good it's going to be for Holy, but with Stone gearing up to raid heal...I may not have to go Holy often (plus we have Ass for raid heals on occasion)

Bey you've really stepped up this xpac. Working your ass and it's totally paid off.

Seriously. I am so proud of everyone. You guys did absolutely amazing yesterday. Not only we did pound through what we were having trouble with. WE PROGRESSED! Lets keep up the good effort from Tuesday and kick the shit out of Elegon on tomorrow.

Yeah.. I never thought about that. We can cross that bridge when the time comes though.

I don't see any reason why you would have to do that Bey.

For one...you worked your ass off to level and gear him in order to help the entire raid. For two...by the time Manty comes back...you will outgear him to the gills. You guys won't be rolling on the same loot.

Even if you went back to your warrior when the time comes, you are still both plate wearers.
Just keep both toons geared.

2 Pally tanks is going to make Rado and I lazy bitches though LOL

I would just take a nap during raid if we had two pally tanks. xD talk about ultimate motigation though. If we all popped our devotion auras at one time, we could take away 90% of spell damage from the raid at one time. Cause I believe they stack.

With 2 pally tanks, I think the requirement of 3 healers will be nullified completely. BUT --- Tomorrow, we need to be ready for elegon. as of right now, our kills are 7-5-3-1 which means every other week we downed a new boss, lol.

at this rate, and with a total of 16 bosses this raid calender (new raids are already on the way in a couple patches) we will be cleared on.... well.... I wont play numbers, we are doing good! lol. We need to follow the strat for Elegon though, have DPS specified to one orb each, and we can't afford a third healer, so mitigating damage will be needed as well.

Anywho, we made amazing progress this week already, so lets one up ourselves and get at least one more boss down!

Note: I am not going to be making bets against the raid anymore, this is costing me too much gold, lol.

Note: I have a 463 tank set now as well! And I am liking it, but I will not ever use it for raid really, I don't like tanking raids, just 5 mans for fun.
